The founders of our brokerage made this program straightforward to understand. If you bring another real estate agent to iDream Realty, you earn a good 3.5% commission in return.
It has nothing to do with the profitability of the company that month or quarter; your monthly revenue share check from iDream is based on a high percentage of that agent’s gross commissions.
Let us break down the example using $100,000 in gross commission income (GCI):
Tier 1 (Direct Introduction):
You introduce an agent, and the GCI is $100,000.
You earn a 3.5% commission from Tier 1: $100,000 * 3.5% = $3,500.
Tier 2 (Agents Introduced by Your Recruit):
Your recruited agent brings in a new member with a GCI of $100,000.
You earn a 2.5% commission from Tier 2: $100,000 * 2.5% = $2,500.
This structure continues through five tiers, with commission percentages depending on the tier in which it operates. The more agents you introduce and the more your team grows, the greater your passive income potential becomes. The beauty of iDream Realty’s model lies in the ongoing rewards generated as your network expands.
There are five levels or tiers in your iDream Realty Revenue Share Group.
At iDream Realty, our passive income model operates on a straightforward tiered structure. Your involvement begins with the agents you personally bring to the company, extending up to five levels. If you introduce even one agent to iDream Realty, you get a 3.5% commission.
From the second-level agents (those brought in by your recruits) this goes to 2.5%. As this progresses through the tiers, even if your recruits bring in new agents, you continue earning a solid commission on their Gross Commission Income (GCI).
This pattern persists through five tiers, with a percentage of the revenue share directly benefiting you.
